Unlocking the Balmung: A Guide to the Citadelle Des Morts Summoning Circle Puzzle
Citadelle Des Morts, introduced in Black Ops 6 Season 1 Reloaded, presents players with a challenging Zombies Easter Egg quest. A key step involves configuring the Summoning Circle Rings to obtain the powerful Balmung Elemental Sword. This guide will walk you through the process.
Before tackling the Summoning Circle, you'll need two items:
- The Raven Bastard Sword: Acquired from the Raven Knight Statue in the Dining Hall by offering it a Stamp.
- An Antiquity: Found in the Alchemical Lab. Both item locations are displayed in Directed Mode.
With both items in hand, head to the Tavern Cellar (opposite the Entrance Hall fast travel point). Place the Antiquity and the Bastard Sword into the Summoning Circle using the Interact button.
Now, the puzzle begins. The Summoning Circle features two rotating rings: one with elemental symbols, the other with Zodiac signs. Rotate the rings until the elemental symbol and Zodiac sign closest to the bottom arrow match those on your chosen Antiquity.
Five Antiquities exist, each requiring a unique solution:

After correctly aligning the rings, lure shadow orbs into three portals within the Tavern. Finally, return to the Summoning Circle and interact with it to claim your Balmung Elemental Sword.
