Le missioni di competenza delle armi vengono introdotte tramite una ricerca iniziale che richiede l'interazione con Hope, Ruji o l'agente Jones in merito alle vendite di competenze e armi. Ogni ricerca successiva presenta cinque sfide. Completandoli sblocca le armi leggendarie da vari NPC. Ciò include maschere Oni di Daigo e la lama del tifone di Kendo. I progressi vengono monitorati tramite la scheda missioni in-game.
Mentre queste missioni possono essere completate passivamente, i premi giustificano lo sforzo. Ecco un riepilogo dei premi:
