The KEBA eMobility App is the smart digital companion for users of KeContact P30 & P40 models (including P40, P30 x-series, company car wallbox, PV EDITION, and P30 c-series). With this app, you can seamlessly communicate with, manage, and configure your charging station—giving you complete control over your EV charging experience right from your smartphone.
What the KEBA eMobility App offers:
Remote Access: Connect to your wallbox from anywhere (note: communication with KeContact P30 c-series is limited to local network access).
Real-Time Status Updates: Instantly check your wallbox’s status—whether it's actively charging, ready to charge, offline, or experiencing an error.
One-Tap Charging Control: Start or stop your charging session with a single tap, giving you full command over your charging process.
Adjustable Charging Power: Set the maximum charging power to manage your vehicle’s current power consumption and optimize charging time.
Live Charging Data: Monitor real-time charging details such as time, energy, power, and amperage. Review past sessions anytime in the charging history.
Energy Consumption Insights: Access detailed statistics on your previous energy usage in the app’s dedicated analytics section.
Setup Assistance: The built-in setup guide checks your wallbox compatibility and walks you through the initial connection and configuration process.
Installer Mode: Step-by-step guidance for configuring and commissioning your P40 wallbox for first-time use.
Smart Charging Profiles: Automate charging start and stop times with predefined maximum power settings via power profiles (configured through the KEBA eMobility Portal; available for P40, P30 x-series, company car wallboxes, and PV EDITION).
Automatic Software Updates: Keep your wallbox running on the latest firmware by enabling automatic updates through the app (not applicable to KeContact P30 c-series in standalone mode).
Full App Configuration for x-Series: P30 x-series users can access all familiar web-interface settings directly in the app.

Note: Charging stations operated by Charge Point Operators may not support app connectivity, especially if you don’t have access to the web-interface password or serial number.

Important Notes for Electrical Installers:
- DIP switch settings on P30 wallboxes must be configured manually.
- All configurations available via the P30 web interface can now also be managed through the app.
- For KeContact P30 c-series, DIP switches must be set to enable full UDP communication (as outlined in the setup guide).
- Basic settings for KeContact P40 can be configured either via the KEBA eMobility App or directly on the device.
