Yudias Velgear and Fusion Summoning
The livestream announcement confirmed the addition of Yudias Velgear, a key character from Yu-Gi-Oh! Go Rush!!, along with supporting cards. Players can expect Go Rush!! themed maps and single-player opponents. A significant addition is the introduction of the Fusion mechanic, mirroring the anime. This mechanic involves sending two face-up monsters to the graveyard to Fusion Summon a specific card. Two new Boxes and Structure Decks will also be released with this update.
Enhanced Customization: Card Cosmetics and UI
This update also introduces significant UI and card customization features. Players can personalize their home screen with various character poses and deck background options.
The standout feature is the “Chronicle Card” system. This allows for extensive card customization, including print visuals, font and border colors. Players can essentially create unique, personalized versions of their favorite cards (for a fee). A personal stamp and a win/loss/usage tracker further enhance the customization experience.
