Hello Kitty – Red Echo Conch
Locate this underwater conch between Gemstone Mountain and Mount Hothead. You'll need flippers (obtained from Keroppi's "Finding Flippers" quest) and a snorkel (unlocked at Friendship Level 6 with Kuromi via the "Deep Diving" quest). Swim towards Oasis and search for the conch in an underwater crevice.
Retsuko – Orange Echo Conch
Head to Spooky Swamp. On the elevated area, traverse the cobbled path to the cliff's edge. Retsuko's orange Echo Conch awaits.
Pekkle – Yellow Echo Conch
Flippers and a snorkel are required (see Red Echo Conch for acquisition details). Dive into the Kelp maze and swim south to the seabed. The Yellow Echo Conch is nestled amongst the kelp.
Keroppi – Green Echo Conch
Hidden between two trees uphill in the Swamp, the Green Echo Conch is easily found by hovering between the trees until the item interaction prompt appears.
Chococat – Blue Echo Conch
The Blue Echo Conch is located on Mount Hothead. Navigating the ledges is challenging; alternatively, reach Friendship Level 7 with Retsuko to unlock the "Enraging Ruins" side quest for an easier path.

Kuromi – Purple Echo Conch
Find this conch on the side of Gemstone Mountain. Past the mailbox, descend the slopes; it's situated amongst stones and cacti.
My Melody – Pink Echo Conch
Requires flippers and a snorkel (see Red Echo Conch). Head to Rainbow Reef (accessible from the Kelp Maze by swimming upwards).
Badtz-Maru – White Echo Conch
Located in the Sunken Ship area of Rainbow Reef. Swim towards the seaweed; the conch is partially obscured, so careful observation is needed. An item interaction prompt will appear when you're close.
Tuxedosam – Sky Echo Conch
Equipped with flippers and a snorkel (see Red Echo Conch), head to Gemstone Mountain. Dive into the pond past the Icy Peak Entrance mailbox and locate the conch in the right corner.
Pompompurin – Brown Echo Conch
On Mount Hothead, past the final guest cabin, walk along the mountain's edge to find the Brown Echo Conch.
