My interest in the LEGO Super Mario Piranha Plant was piqued after reading IGN's review of the set. Being a long-time fan of the Mario franchise, this set felt like the perfect homage to display on my desk. While LEGO's botanical line offers beautiful flower sets, none capture the whimsical charm and slight terror of the Piranha Plant.

How Much Are You Willing to Spend on a LEGO Set You Love?
LEGO sets, especially those aimed at adults, can be a costly hobby. With new sets priced at $200 or more, it's easy to overspend.
