Asphalt Legends Unite is teaming up with LEGO, bringing the iconic toyline's Technic car kits to the virtual track. This collaboration marks another unique partnership for Gameloft's racing simulator, following previous collaborations like the Movember/Lamborghini event. The partnership will feature several LEGO Technic car kits, starting with the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray, available both as a real-world build and in-game.
LEGO Technic kits, known for their intricate designs and challenging builds, are now playable in Asphalt Legends Unite. These kits offer authentic details, including moving engines and differentials, appealing to both experienced hobbyists and budding engineers.
To celebrate this launch, a limited-time Collector Mode event runs until March 23rd. Players across all platforms and regions can participate in a special single-player race through San Francisco, collecting scattered LEGO Technic disks.
While some purists may initially resist the addition of LEGO to a serious racing simulator, the Technic line's appeal and its ability to inspire engineers and hobbyists shouldn't be underestimated. The partnership adds a unique dimension to the game.
The best part? Select LEGO Technic car sets will include a download code to unlock the corresponding car in Asphalt Legends Unite. Build your kit, then race it!
