Yostar has rolled out an exciting new update for Azur Lane, enhancing the beloved naval shoot-em-up game available on both Android and iOS platforms. The latest patch introduces the "Welcome to Little Academy" event, which is set to captivate players with the addition of two Super Rare (SR) and two Elite shipgirls. Alongside the new characters, players can also snag several new outfits, with some classic ones making a comeback in the shop.
The "Welcome to Little Academy" event is scheduled to run until July 10th, and it brings four new shipgirls from the Iron Blood faction into the mix. Players can navigate through various event stages to accumulate PT points, which can be used to unlock one of the new Elite shipgirls. Additionally, collecting Colourful Doodles can earn you extra rewards, such as the 533mm Improved Quadruple Magnetic Torpedo Mount. Completing the event's storyline will also grant you the Stony Slowly-Cat gear skin, adding more depth to your collection.
This event is a must-attend, featuring not one but two Super Rare shipgirls: Alvitr and Z47. These characters will enjoy a rate-up in the Limited Construction Pool, alongside the Elite shipgirl U-31. Meanwhile, the second Elite shipgirl, Z43, can be obtained as a milestone reward by accumulating enough PT points.
From a tactical standpoint, Alvitr serves as a Battlecruiser (BC), while Z47 and Z43 are both Destroyers (DDs), and U-31 is a submarine. All these new additions hail from the Iron Blood faction, promising to shake up your fleet strategy. Finally, the update introduces seven new skins, including an L2D skin for Illustrious and two dynamic skins for Alvitr and the Duke of York. Four additional skins are available for Z47, U-31, Eldrige, and Z43. Don't miss out on the new Gear Skin Box to further customize your fleet's appearance.
