While Baldur's Gate 3 boasts many well-known romance options, a lesser-known encounter awaits those who venture to Sharess' Caress. This guide details how to find and romance Naoise Nallinto, a fleeting but intriguing romance easily missed.
Locating Naoise Nallinto
- Reach Act III: Progress your game to the early stages of Act III. You'll pass through Wyrm's Crossing on your way to Baldur's Gate.

Visit Sharess' Caress: This brothel is located on the eastern side of the bridge leading into Baldur's Gate. If you've already explored Wyrm's Crossing, use the South Span fast-travel point for direct access.

Find the Nymph's Grotto: On the second floor, locate a door with a green light and ivy. It's locked, but easily pickable (requires a roll of 10 or higher).
Romancing Naoise Nallinto

Interact with Naoise: Inside the Nymph's Grotto, you'll find Naoise with Jara. Interrupting their encounter will trigger a confrontation. Choose dialogue options carefully. A suggested response is: "Whoever you think I am, you're mistaken."

Defeat Jara: Jara transforms into a Mindflayer. Defeat her to proceed.
- Engage Naoise: Naoise reveals her attraction to Mindflayers. Avoid judgmental responses. Suggested dialogue options include: "Your client is dead. I thought you'd be more upset." and "What did you have in mind?". Following with "Close your eyes and listen" initiates the romance scene.

The Choice: Naoise asks you to choose "what you will be." Options include: Revered, Contented, Powerful, Rich, or "I think we're done here." Selecting "Contented" leads to a unique romance scene.

The Aftermath: This encounter is a one-time event. Naoise will show no further romantic interest. The "Carnal Rituals of Sharess" inspiration point is awarded. The Rapture boon (passive 1d6 bonus to most ability checks) is also granted. Note that this encounter doesn't seem to affect existing relationships with other characters.
