Mark your calendars because Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 is gearing up for an epic beta phase split into two parts. The early access beta kicks off on August 30th and runs until September 4th. This initial phase is exclusive to those who have pre-ordered Black Ops 6 or are subscribed to certain Game Pass plans. Following the early access, the beta will open up to everyone from September 6th to 9th, giving all players a chance to dive in.

New And Updated Mechanics
The Call of Duty podcast also shared some thrilling insights into what to expect from Black Ops 6. On launch day, players can look forward to 16 multiplayer maps—12 core 6v6 maps and 4 versatile Strike maps that can be enjoyed as either 6v6 or 2v2.
The beloved Zombies mode is making a triumphant return with two new maps to explore. One of the most exciting additions is the 'Omnimovement' mechanic, which promises to revolutionize gameplay.

Unlike the deviation seen in Black Ops: Cold War, your scores will reset if you're taken out in combat.
