Originally set for September 23, as announced in the February State of Play, the new date was later confirmed on Borderlands 4's official Twitter (X) account. The post highlighted the team's hard work, numerous meetings, and extensive playtesting, culminating in the decision to bring the game to fans earlier than planned.
