Gamescom Latam 2024 Crowns "What the Car?" Best Mobile Game
Gamescom Latam, the inaugural gaming event held in Sao Paulo, Brazil, concluded last week, showcasing Latin America's burgeoning gaming scene and celebrating global achievements. A key highlight was the game awards ceremony, a partnership with the BIG Festival, featuring a prestigious presentation of winners across various categories.
A panel of 49 judges selected finalists across 13 categories, all playable at the Sao Paulo Expo. Notably, mobile and PC games were integrated, demonstrating the equal importance of the mobile gaming market.
The "Best Mobile Game" award went to Triband ApS's "What the Car?", a title previously featured in an article highlighting lesser-known gems. This win underscores the game's growing recognition.
