Castle Duels Unveils Major Update and Weekend Blitz Mode

Author : Aaliyah Apr 06,2025

It's not often that I find myself eagerly planning my weekend activities in advance, but the latest major update for My.Games' Castle Duels is tempting me to dive right in starting this Friday! This update introduces thrilling new elements, including the adrenaline-pumping Blitz Mode, which promises to redefine the Castle Duels experience.

Blitz Mode is the star of the show, available exclusively from Friday to Sunday. This new PvP challenge is all about speed and strategy, where you're armed with just one heart and a tight 3.5-minute window to prepare. In this mode, units automatically appear on the battlefield, but the quicker you set up, the stronger your units become. Every second counts, making Blitz Mode a true test of your strategic prowess.

Alongside Blitz Mode, the update introduces the intriguing Multifaction faction. Don't let the name fool you; this faction brings a dynamic twist to the game. Instead of a fixed roster, you'll have access to a rotating pool of units from various factions, each with unique unit portraits and weekly Faction Blessings. This ensures that your strategy must evolve each week, keeping the gameplay fresh and challenging.

But that's not all! The update also kicks off the Starseeking event on March 20th, which introduces the Cleaner, the first Multifaction unit, as an exclusive reward. Alongside the Cleaner, you'll encounter the legendary unit, The Undertaker (cue Paul Bearer noises), and the rare hero Terra. These new additions bring exciting twists to the existing gameplay, offering surprises even for seasoned players.
