Unlocking the Celestial Codex Achievement in Marvel Rivals: A Comprehensive Guide
Marvel Rivals encourages teamwork, but solo players still have plenty to accomplish, particularly with its extensive list of solo Achievements. This guide focuses on the VENI VIDI V…? Achievement, requiring interaction with the Celestial Codex on the Klyntar map. This Achievement presents a unique challenge due to its reliance on map selection in Quick Play.
Locating the Celestial Codex
The Celestial Codex is a large object situated within the attacking team's starting area on the Klyntar map. Successfully completing this Achievement hinges on being assigned to the attacking team in a Quick Play match. If assigned to the defending team, you must wait until the attacking team passes the first checkpoint before venturing into their spawn area.
Utilizing the Celestial Codex
Finding the Codex is only the first step. Once located, utilize your spray paint (T on PC, left D-pad on console) on the terminal directly in front of the Codex. Thoroughly cover the terminal to ensure proper registration of the action.
Defensive players venturing into the enemy spawn should exercise caution and consider using highly mobile characters like Spider-Man or Rocket for a swift escape if necessary.
Crucially, do not leave the match after completing the action. Sticking with your team until the match concludes is essential to ensure the Achievement registers correctly. Leaving prematurely risks the Achievement not being recorded.
Beyond the Codex
This guide covers locating and interacting with the Celestial Codex. For additional challenges, explore other Achievements, such as intercepting the ball in Clash of Dancing Lions.
Marvel Rivals is currently available on PS5, PC, and Xbox Series X|S.
