First revealed in December 2023, the MAPPA-produced film continues the story from the acclaimed 2022 anime series. Protagonist Denji gains chainsaw-wielding abilities through a pact with Pochita, a Chainsaw Devil, transforming him into more than just an ordinary chainsaw-wielding human.
The Reze Arc introduces manga-favorite character Reze under the direction of Tatsuya Yoshihara, with Hiroshi Seko penning the script. The original voice cast returns to reprise their roles.
