Clash of Clans is set to revolutionize the gaming experience with a monumental update scheduled for March 2025. This update addresses long-standing player requests and introduces one of the most significant changes the game has ever seen, with several features set to be phased out.
No Troop, Spell, or Siege Machine Training Time!
Get ready for back-to-back battles without any wait times! The March 2025 update eliminates training times for troops, spells, and siege machines, making gameplay more dynamic and fast-paced. Additionally, hero recovery times are a thing of the past, ensuring your heroes are always ready to join the fray. This change benefits players in the Titan League and below, while the Legend League maintains its eight-battle limit per day.
This update is a continuation of Supercell's efforts to streamline gameplay by removing outdated mechanics. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, eliminating training time completely allows players to enjoy uninterrupted play without artificial barriers.
As part of these changes, Training Potions and Training Treats will become obsolete and will be phased out. These items will no longer be available in in-app purchase bundles, and any remaining in player inventories will be converted into Gems.
There's a New Match Anytime System!
The update introduces the innovative Match Anytime system, enabling you to attack even when there aren't enough real bases available. You'll engage with snapshot bases, which are saved versions of real player bases currently under Shield. These battles function just like regular ones, allowing you to earn loot and trophies, but without affecting the defender. This system, previously used in Clan Wars and Legend League attacks, is now expanding to multiplayer battles.
With the increased number of battles per session, the update also adjusts Trophy Curves by reducing the number of trophies earned from victories. Additionally, Clan Castle request timers are being standardized to 10 minutes for all players.
Prepare for these exciting changes by downloading Clash of Clans from the Google Play Store and staying ahead of the game.
