This side quest, "Hush, My Darling," in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, begins not in Kuttenberg City, but in Miskowitz, a village west of the city. This quest puts your blacksmithing skills to the test!
Completing "Hush, My Darling" in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2
Step 1: Speak with Martha
Find Martha in the house attached to the forge in the southeastern part of Miskowitz. Ask if she needs help; she'll mention needing a blacksmith. Tell her you're a blacksmith to begin the quest. If you haven't already, you can also speak to the bailiff (standing near Martha) about Matthew, a member of the Dry Devil's group.
Step 2: Craft Horseshoes
You may already have the necessary materials. You'll need two Farmer's Horseshoes. If not, gather two pieces of Scrap Metal and create them at the forge. Return the horseshoes to Martha.
Step 3: Find Victoria and Investigate
Martha asks you to deliver the horseshoes to Victoria, who lives south of the forge. Upon entering her house (the first door on the left), you'll discover blood. Examine the blood, then return to Martha and inform her of your finding. She'll suggest searching Sigismund's camp.
Step 4: Sigismund's Camp and Black
Sigismund's camp is south of Opatowitz. (You might encounter Matthew on the way if you're still pursuing that storyline.) Speak to the blacksmith in the camp about Victoria. He'll mention a soldier named Black who showed interest in her and is currently ill in the infirmary tent.
Give Black a Digestive Potion to cure his food poisoning (craft one if needed). Wait a couple of hours for the potion to take effect before questioning him. He'll reveal that Victoria may have gone into the eastern woods.
Step 5: Find Victoria and Conclude
Find Victoria at the quest marker in the woods. Speak with her; your dialogue choices don't significantly impact later events. If you secured a promise from Black to look after Victoria, you can relay that message to her for a more positive outcome. This completes "Hush, My Darling."
