Be Born in Ireland
Start by creating a custom life and select Ireland as your country. The other options are flexible, but focus on building up your finances as you age, as this will be crucial for later tasks. Begin asking your parents for money early on, as you'll need to accumulate at least $777 from them, and there's a chance they might refuse.
Receive $777+ from your Parents
Note that receiving an inheritance won't count toward this task; you must get the money directly from your parents before they pass away. Navigate to the Relationship tab, select a parent, and choose the "Ask for Money" option. You may receive anywhere from a few dollars to hundreds, but there's also a chance of refusal. Keep asking annually until you reach the $777 threshold.

This task requires a substantial amount of money. Head to Activities > Casino and choose Blackjack if you don't have the Casino Pack. With the Casino Pack, you can opt for any game. Keep playing until you win a cumulative total of at least $7,777,777, which may take some time and luck.
Hook up with 7+ People Without Getting an STI
Go to Activities > Love > Hook up and select a partner. Always use a condom to avoid contracting an STI, and aim for at least seven successful hook-ups until the task is complete. This task might also result in children, which could contribute to the next task, but prioritize safety first to avoid restarting the challenge.
Have 7+ Children
You can start this task during the hook-up phase or later with a spouse. With a spouse, go to Relationships > Spouse > Make Love and hope for a pregnancy. If continuing with random hook-ups, stop using condoms after the previous task to increase your chances of having children. Alternatively, consider options like Artificial Insemination from the Fertilization menu to have kids.
Completing the final task will allow you to finish the Lucky Duck Challenge in *BitLife* and earn a random accessory for your collection.
