The challenge objectives are:

- Work as a mail carrier for 15+ years.

1. Be Born Male:
This is the easiest step. Begin a new life, selecting "Male" during character creation, or utilize an existing male character. Your location is irrelevant. If you have job packs and the Crime Special Talent, select it; this boosts your chances of success in the final step and reduces the risk of imprisonment.
2. Work as a Mail Carrier for 15+ Years:
Avoid legal trouble during childhood and adolescence. After graduating high school, search for "Mail Carrier" in the full-time job listings. If it's unavailable, take any job, age up, and try again. Finding this job involves some luck; it may take several attempts. Once hired, maintain the position for at least 15 years (monitor progress via the challenge tracker).
3. Hook Up with 5+ Mothers and Have 3+ Children with Flings:
These can be completed concurrently. Navigate to Activities > Love > Hook Up. Repeatedly select the hook-up option. While the game doesn't specify if your partners are mothers, frequent hookups over several years increase your chances of meeting this requirement.
To increase the likelihood of children from flings, forgo condoms during hookups. Be aware this raises your STD risk; visit a doctor or rely on luck (prayer) for a cure. Continue hooking up until both objectives are met. You might also earn the Lustful Ribbon.
