The preview, shown below, also hints at new minigames such as Error Busters and a quiz mode. However, the highlight for fans will likely be the ability to craft their very own playable character.
Longtime Cookie Run enthusiasts and regular readers may recall last month's uproar when Devsisters introduced a new version of the beloved character Dark Cacao. Instead of reworking the original character, they added a separate version with a new rarity level, which upset many in the community.
Considering that recent backlash, this new update appears to be a thoughtful move to regain player favor. After all, if you can't get the exact character version you want, why not build it yourself? Combined with new minigames, this looks like a substantial content package.
