The New Denpa Men has now made its way to Android devices, following its initial release on the Nintendo Switch in July 2024. Developed and published by Genius Sonority, this game introduces several unique features tailored for mobile players, setting it apart from its Switch counterpart.
Now You Can Take Your Quirky Little Denpa Crew on the Go!
One of the standout features of The New Denpa Men on Android is its support for cross-platform play. If you've been adventuring with your Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress and continue your journey on your mobile device.
Exclusively on Android (and iOS), The New Denpa Men introduces a feature called QR Catch. This allows players to scan QR codes in their vicinity to recruit new Denpa Men to their team, replacing the Normal Catch method found in the Switch version. However, some features like Together Catch and Offline Catch are not available on the mobile version.
Another exciting addition to the Android version is the Voucher Collection system. After battles, monsters may drop vouchers known as Akashi. Collecting these vouchers helps you complete your collection, and they can be gifted to friends or used strategically in battles.
A fun new twist in the mobile version involves scarecrows. Players can now summon monsters using these scarecrows, which will then join the fight, attacking enemies and healing your party. To get a better feel for these new features, check out the game's trailer below.
Will You Catch The New Denpa Men on Android?
The Denpa Men are whimsical creatures that exist invisibly in the airwaves. Your mission is to capture them, train them, and embark on exciting adventures. The game offers dungeon-crawling experiences, the ability to decorate your island, interact with your Denpa Men, go fishing, and explore a variety of event-based and extra stages that evolve over time.
Ready to join the adventure? You can download The New Denpa Men from the Google Play Store. The game primarily uses touchscreen controls, but you also have the option to connect a controller for a more traditional gaming experience.
