Disney Dreamlight Valley: How To Make Nutmeg Cake

Author : Claire Jan 22,2025

Disney Dreamlight Valley's Storybook Vale expansion introduces exciting new recipes, including the delectable Nutmeg Cake. This guide details how to craft this five-star dessert, requiring ingredients exclusive to the DLC.

Crafting Nutmeg Cake

Nutmeg Cake is a more complex recipe, demanding specific ingredients unavailable without the Storybook Vale DLC. Note that these ingredients are exclusive to the expansion and cannot be obtained from other players. Here's what you'll need:

  • Wheat (x1): Easily sourced in Peaceful Meadow and Ancient Landing. Purchase from Goofy's Stall (level 1, 3 Star Coins) or grow your own (1 minute growth time outside designated biomes, 54 seconds within).

  • Shovel Bird Eggs (x1): Found exclusively at Goofy's Stall in the Blind, requiring a level 2 upgrade (160 Star Coins per egg).

  • Plain Yogurt (x1): Another Storybook Vale exclusive, available at Goofy's Stall in Everafter after reaching level 2 (240 Star Coins).

  • Nutmeg (x1): Harvested from the Nutmeg Tree in Mythopia. Each harvest yields 3 Nutmegs, with a 35-minute regrowth time.

With all ingredients gathered, head to a cooking station. Combine them with a piece of coal to bake the Nutmeg Cake. This five-star dessert, categorized under "Desserts," sells for 370 Star Coins and restores a substantial 1,891 energy. While its resale value isn't high, its energy restoration makes it a valuable asset.
