Dredge is out now on iOS and Android, bringing eldritch fishing action to the palm of your hand

Black Salt Games' Dredge, a captivating blend of eldritch horror and fishing simulation, has finally arrived on iOS and Android! Following a brief delay, this Lovecraftian nautical adventure offers a unique experience combining exploration, fishing minigames, and a healthy dose of terrifying encounters.

Players assume the role of an amnesiac fisherman navigating the treacherous waters of Greater Marrow, a remote island chain. Your initial task seems simple: catch fish and sell them. However, the idyllic setting quickly unravels as you encounter deranged locals, mutated sea creatures, unsettling artifacts, and truly terrifying sea monsters—making even the *Deadliest Catch* look tame.

Fans of titles like Sunless Sea will find much to appreciate in Dredge's fully realized 3D world. Explore the diverse island chains, upgrade your vessel, and reel in increasingly larger and more dangerous catches. But beware the encroaching night fog; the horrors lurking within are far more than just a threat to your sanity.

Dredge's immediate popularity is no surprise. The game masterfully blends the exciting and terrifying themes of nautical horror. The simple act of sailing and observing your boat can be surprisingly relaxing, offering a counterpoint to the game's often stressful moments. Its stylized, surreal visuals are captivating, and the potential for future DLC expansions further enhances its appeal.

Still unconvinced? Check out Stephen's glowing review of Dredge, which awarded it a Gold rating, praising its immersive atmosphere, smooth performance, and the seamless translation of its mechanics and UI to the mobile platform.
