The Taipei Game Show 2025 was a smashing hit for Etheria: Restart, attracting thousands of enthusiastic fans. The event not only broke records set by previous betas but also showcased an array of exclusive content. Attendees were treated to a mix of live competitions and hands-on previews, ensuring an engaging experience for everyone.
Etheria: Restart's booth was bustling with a variety of activities. Fans enjoyed in-game challenges, cosplay appearances, and exclusive merchandise giveaways. The excitement peaked when some lucky participants walked away with limited-edition collectibles, and a few even scored a PS5 Pro.
On January 24th and 25th, the event was further electrified by the presence of popular streamer Akaoni. Akaoni engaged in live battles, hosted challenge events, and interacted with fans. Those fortunate enough to be part of the festivities received a signed photo as a cherished memento.
Away from the vibrant show floor, Etheria: Restart's closed beta set impressive new milestones. Over 900,000 summons were recorded, with Massiah, Tiamat, and Hoyan proving to be the most coveted characters. Remarkably, one Hyperlinker, Tianyu Rin, achieved the feat of collecting every single character, a milestone unmatched by others.
In terms of progression, the average participant reached around level 35, but Lulu outshone others by reaching an astounding level 66. The Peak Arena rankings saw 82 competitors securing their positions, with Fried Bun emerging as the top-ranked Hyperlinker in both PvP modes. Guild Qiyan City distinguished itself by achieving the highest single-damage output in the event's most challenging battle.
The new boss fight against NicoNana became a standout feature of the test, with over 24,000 attempts recorded. This encounter tested the limits of teams, pushing them to refine their strategies and prove their mettle.
