Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 1 introduces Sprites, helpful entities offering players items and abilities. The Earth Sprite, the most beneficial but elusive Sprite, is found only on the new Chapter 6 map in Battle Royale, Zero Build, and Ranked modes.
Earth Sprite Locations:
The Earth Sprite has approximately two dozen potential spawn points, each marked by a solitary lantern (similar to the one shown in the image below). However, only two Sprites appear per match.
A comprehensive map (as seen in the image below, courtesy of Perfect Score on YouTube) pinpoints all 22 possible locations:
These locations include areas north of Flooded Frogs, northeast of Magic Mosses, north of Demon's Dojo, southeast of Whiffy Warf, southwest of Flooded Frogs, west of Magic Mosses, southeast of Pumped Power, southeast of Twinkle Terrace, south of Lost Lake, south of Brutal Boxcars, east where green and brown biomes meet, northwest of Shining Span, west of Seaport City, north of Burd, east of Warriors Watch and south of Foxy Floodgate, west of Canyon Crossing (including a snowy mountain location), and between Masked Meadows and Hopeful Heights. There are also three locations north and northeast of Hopeful Heights towards Seaport City and Shining Span.
Giving Weapons to the Earth Sprite:
Locating the Sprite is the challenge. Once found, simply interact with it (using the interact button). This will relinquish your currently equipped weapon, which completes the Week 1 Quest, rewarding you with 25,000 XP. Your lost weapon is replaced with a random Legendary weapon, making the effort worthwhile.
Fortnite is available on various platforms, including Meta Quest 2 and 3.
