In Freedom Wars Remastered, you have the ability to select three comrades to accompany you on Operations, along with your Accessory and their accessories. While you can't directly manage the gear of your comrades and can only improve their gear overall, your Accessory offers a more hands-on approach.
You can not only issue specific commands to your Accessory but also customize it to enhance its combat efficiency. Below, you'll find detailed ways to customize your Accessory and select the best commands for different situations.
How To Customize Your Accessory In Freedom Wars Remastered
Customizing your Accessory's gear is similar to customizing your own, accessible through the Loadout menu. Just below your player settings, you'll find the Accessory option, which leads to a loadout menu mirroring yours. Your Accessory can be equipped with any weapon you own, along with Modules that are compatible with that weapon.
A unique feature of Accessories is that they don't need ammo for gun weapons, setting them apart from players.
You can also equip your Accessory with a single combat item, which they will use at their discretion. Despite being limited to one weapon and one combat item, the real advantage of Accessories over comrades is the ability to give them specific, unique commands.
Accessory Orders
In the Loadout menu, you can select which set of Orders your Accessory will follow. To customize these Orders, speak to your Accessory in your cell and choose the fifth option from the top, "Customize Accessory." This allows you to create a tailored set of commands. You can increase the number of available orders by purchasing Right To Assign Orders Entitlements from the Window of Liberty Interface Entitlements under the Accessory section. When choosing an Order Set for Operations, remember that you can't change the orders mid-operation. The commands you can issue include:

- Stand by
- Use Medical Supplies
