GIRLS’ FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM’s Gacha System: A Comprehensive Guide
GIRLS’ FRONTLINE 2: EXILIUM, the highly anticipated sequel, introduces a revamped Gacha system for acquiring characters (T-dolls) and weapons. This guide details its mechanics and banner types.
Understanding the Gacha Mechanics
The Gacha system uses a randomized loot box mechanic, employing various in-game currencies: standard currency, special access permissions, and event-specific currencies. Summoning probabilities are as follows:
- SSR T-dolls/Weapons: 0.3%
- SR T-dolls/Weapons: 3%
All banners offer a mixed pool of T-dolls and weapons.
Beginner Procurement Banner
Designed for new players, this banner offers a guaranteed SSR T-doll within 50 pulls, thanks to a pity system activating within the final ten pulls. Specific drop rates are:
- SSR T-dolls: 0.6%
- SR T-dolls/Weapons: 6%
The pity system also guarantees an SR T-doll or weapon every 10 pulls, and an SSR T-doll every 80 pulls. A second SSR pull (hard pity at 160 pulls) will always be the featured character if the first SSR wasn't. Soft pity starts at the 58th pull. Pity is banner-specific.
