Acquiring the Prison Guard Outfit
The Prison Guard uniform, belonging to the San Andreas State Prison Authority (SASPA), is worn by correctional officers. To obtain it, complete the Diamond Casino Heist prep mission, "Vault Keycards." After stealing the keycards from Duggan and the prison guards, purchase the outfit from the clothing store within the Diamond Casino Heist section.
Obtaining the IAA Agent Outfit
The IAA Agent outfit belongs to the International Affairs Agency, functioning as a CIA agent within the game's world. To acquire this uniform, complete any of the following ULP contact missions:
- ULP - Intelligence
- ULP - Counterintelligence
- ULP - Extraction
- ULP - Asset Seizure
- ULP - Operation Paper Trail
- ULP - Cleanup
Before beginning the mission, equip the IAA uniform from your menu. Once in the mission, access the interaction menu, select "Style," then "Illuminated Clothing."
