Meanwhile, Fugue, previously known as Tingyun, returns as a 5-star Fire character. After surviving the chaos of Version 1.2's confrontation with Phantylia, thanks to Madam Ruan Mei from the Genius Society, Fugue's Ultimate is a fiery display that breaks down enemies' Toughness while dealing significant Fire DMG.
