Invisible Woman Unveiled in Marvel Rivals

Marvel Rivals Welcomes Invisible Woman and More in Season 1

Get ready for a major update to Marvel Rivals! Launching January 10th at 1 AM PST, Season 1: Eternal Darkness Falls introduces the Fantastic Four's Invisible Woman, alongside new maps, a thrilling new game mode, and a revamped battle pass.

A sneak peek at Invisible Woman's gameplay reveals a Strategist character with unique abilities. Her attacks simultaneously damage foes and heal allies, while a knockback mechanism keeps her at a safe distance. Her signature invisibility and double jump enhance mobility, and she can deploy a protective shield for teammates. Her ultimate ability creates a zone of invisibility, disrupting long-range attacks.

A separate video showcased Mister Fantastic, demonstrating his versatile abilities as a blend of Duelist and Vanguard, boasting higher health than typical DPS characters. He utilizes stretching attacks and a self-buff to increase durability.

While the Fantastic Four's arrival is highly anticipated, the absence of Blade in Season 1 has sparked some discussion. Data miners have uncovered substantial information about Blade within the game files, fueling speculation about his eventual inclusion. The reveal of Dracula as Season 1's primary antagonist further intensified expectations for Blade's appearance.

Despite this minor letdown, the upcoming update promises significant additions to Marvel Rivals, with Human Torch and The Thing slated for a mid-season update approximately six to seven weeks after launch. NetEase Games has confirmed that full seasons will run for roughly three months. The excitement for Invisible Woman, Mister Fantastic, and the new content is undeniable, leaving fans eagerly anticipating what the future holds for Marvel Rivals.
