In Brighter Shores, the Brannof family requires your assistance in recovering a lost weapons shipment. This guide details how to complete "The Lost Shipment" quest.
Starting the Quest:
Locate Brannof Hall's Dining Room (accessible from Brannof Boulevard, near the Town Square). Speak with Cohen; he'll reveal the missing weapons. Crucially, speak to him again to receive two vital leads.
Completing the Quest:
Before proceeding, remove any Town Guard attire. You'll need to investigate two locations:
1. Captain Shirker on The Vincible:
Find Captain Shirker's ship, The Vincible (southeast area of town). After a meal at The Delectable Dab (near the Town Square), he'll mention a man in a blue waistcoat.
Locate the Man in a Blue Waistcoat (Town Square). He'll lead you to "The Illusion," a weapons dealer. To access The Illusion, you must impersonate "Sam" – requiring a monobrow.
Visit the hairdresser (Old Street West) for a monobrow (costs 8 Silver and 280 Copper).
2. The Hooked Hand:
Investigate The Hooked Hand (near Eel Street). Inquire with patrons until directed to the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall.
The Fishmonger at the Frequently Fresh Fish Stall (past Eel Street Bridge) requires a Fetid Flounder (requires Level 25 Fishing). Write a note (using Quill, Ink, and Paper – found on Lord Brannof's desk), place it in the fish, and give it to the Fishmonger.
Hide and observe. Follow the Furtive Stranger.
Follow him to Monab Row. Remove your Guard armor to reveal your monobrow. Identify yourself as "Sam" to gain entry. Defeat the thief (Level 30) and retrieve the Plumbatae. Return the weapons to Brannof Hall to complete the quest.
