The event is divided into two phases to maximize your chances of winning:
Phase 1: VEL Token Spending Spree
Spend at least 1,500 VEL Tokens during the event to qualify for a giveaway where 200 lucky participants will each receive 1,500 VEL! Even if you don't win, you'll still get 100 DS Roulette Tickets as a consolation prize.
Phase 2: DS Roulette Ticket Challenge

How to Participate:
- Have a registered Play Wallet.
- Have an Icarus M: Guild War account at Level One Awakening or higher.
- Only one Play Wallet per player is allowed. You can participate in both phases simultaneously!
