To initiate the Master Schindel’s Toys quest, you need to be on the Into the Underworld main mission. Your objective is to locate an informant named Goatskin. Begin your search by talking to the Bathhouse Madam at the bathhouse, and then converse with Adam, who will inform you that Goatskin stole items from Master Schindel.
Next, you'll need to find Goatskin, who is quite elusive. You can either talk to Lousy Mary or follow Udo. I suggest speaking with Udo, a regular customer who visits the bathhouse's first floor in the evening. Instruct him to go home and discreetly follow him. Goatskin will attempt to rob Udo in an alley, providing you the opportunity to confront him.

During your interaction with Goatskin, try to acquire the Map of Kuttenberg Underground. If you fail the skill check, you can bribe him to get the map. Goatskin will direct you to retrieve it from a body at the Kuttenberg gallows, located on the city's southeastern side.
Once you have the map, examine the hanging corpse to obtain it. Navigating the underground area with the map can be tricky due to the labyrinthine nature of the zone, making it easy to get lost.
How to Find the Stolen Items in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2
To swiftly retrieve the stolen items and complete the quest, locate the entrance on the northern side of the open area. Descend the ladder to enter the Kuttenberg Underground, and remember to equip your torch as it's pitch black down there.
Navigate through the underground by consistently turning left at junctions until you reach a barrel at a dead end. You may need to jump down to a lower level at some point. Continue following the left path until you find Goatskin’s hidden stash. Inspect the barrel to collect a book and an astrolabe.
After securing the items, retrace your steps to exit the underground. Find Master Schindel, typically located on the northeastern side of the city during the day, and return his stolen items. Initially, he might seem irritable, but he'll warm up once you return his possessions. Engage further with him to learn about the astrolabe and planetary movements.
