Monster Hunter Now Unveils Spring Hunt 2025 Update!

As part of the second update in Season 5: The Blossoming Blade, *Monster Hunter Now* is set to introduce an exclusive online paid event known as **Spring Hunt 2025**. This limited-time event will take place from **May 24th to May 25th, 2025**, and brings with it a fresh wave of challenges and rewards. At the heart of this update lies the elusive elder dragon **Chameleos**, the main highlight of the event.

What Is Spring Hunt 2025 in Monster Hunter Now?

To participate in the Spring Hunt 2025 event, players must purchase an event ticket available in the *Monster Hunter Now* shop. Once acquired, you'll gain access to continuous Elder Dragon Interceptions featuring none other than Chameleos—meaning no waiting time between encounters or Hunt-a-thons. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to collect exclusive Chameleos-themed layered gear, perfect for showing off your in-game achievements.

The event also introduces special **Event Exchange Hubs**, where players can trade earned tokens for valuable in-game items. Two hubs are available, including the **Spring Hunt Eve Exchange Hub**, which opens on **May 19th at 9:00 a.m.** and remains active until **June 2nd at 11:59 p.m.**

From **May 19th through May 25th**, players can earn tokens by defeating large monsters and elder dragons. These tokens can then be exchanged for powerful materials such as the Silver Rathalos Plate, Glavenus Plate, Wyvern Gem Shard, and more.

Eager to Take On Chameleos?

Chameleos is one of the most enigmatic elder dragons in the *Monster Hunter* universe, known for its stealth-like abilities and disorienting fog attacks that obscure visibility during battle. Starting on **May 24th, 2025**, players will be able to engage in Elder Dragon Interceptions against this vanishing menace.

Players ranked **100 or higher** will be eligible to face Chameleos in 8-star Elder Dragon Interceptions once the preliminary phase begins at **9:00 a.m. on May 24th**. Keep in mind that Chameleos is particularly weak to Fire, Dragon, and Blast elements, so tailor your loadout accordingly to maximize effectiveness.

Defeating Chameleos unlocks the ability to craft the new **Mizuha Set armor**, equipped with the unique skill **Chameleos Venomist**. This skill reduces the duration of poison and venom effects by half while simultaneously increasing your ability to inflict poison on enemies—an incredibly useful advantage in high-level hunts.

Weapons crafted using Chameleos materials span multiple weapon classes, including Dual Blades, Great Sword, Long Sword, Hammer, Gunlance, Switch Axe, Charge Blade, and Bow. Prepare your squad, gear up, and dive into the action-packed battles ahead.
