If you're a fan of Neko games, particularly the beloved Nekopara series, get ready for some exciting news. A brand-new entry in the franchise has been officially announced: Nekopara Sekai Connect. This time around, Good Smile Company and Neko Works are joining forces to bring fans an all-new adventure.
Scheduled for release in spring 2026, Nekopara Sekai Connect is set to launch on Android, iOS, and PC via Steam. The game will initially be available in Japanese, with English and Simplified Chinese versions following shortly after. This new installment also coincides nicely with the series’ 10th anniversary, making it a milestone release for long-time fans.
What Do We Know About Nekopara Sekai Connect?
Good Smile Company has already released a teaser trailer offering a first look at the upcoming title. Alongside that, they’ve launched an official website packed with the latest updates and details about the game. You can watch the trailer below:
Like its predecessors, Sekai Connect is a romance visual novel, but this time around, creator Sayori is shaking things up a bit. One of the biggest changes is the global setting—this time, the catgirls hail from different corners of the world.
The game features five distinct schools, each home to a unique cast of catgirls:
- Sakuragaoka Neko Gakuen: Yuzuha
- Kinka Neko Science Academy: Quince
- Gertrude Neko Gakuin: Sable and Canelé
- Bastet Neko Graduate School: Palmyra
- Nekos Youth Academy: Donut

And if you were keeping an eye on the previously announced Nekoparaiten! game by Yostar, here's an update: that project has been put on hold, with its planned characters now being integrated into Sekai Connect.
