Nexon announces the end of service (EOS) for Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed, the mobile adaptation of the popular Dynasty Warriors franchise. Players who have enjoyed leading their forces in thrilling battles should make the most of the remaining time.
In-app purchases were halted on December 19th, 2024. While Nexon expressed gratitude to the community, the reason for the game's closure remains unstated. The announcement wasn't unexpected, given the game's relatively poor performance. Launched in November 2023, its lifespan will be just over a year.

The game's servers will officially shut down on February 20th, 2025. A final update will be released this month.
Dynasty Warriors: Unleashed offered a unique blend of classic Musou action and strategic gameplay. Players could collect and develop 50 officers from five factions, battling across a massive map featuring 13 regions and 500 stages. The story mode recreated historical events such as the Yellow Turban Rebellion and the Battle of Luoyang.
