In the evolving world of Palworld, which remains in early access, Pocketpair continues to captivate its player base with regular updates that introduce new pals and intriguing islands. While the Sakurajima expansion brought a limited number of new pals, the Palworld Feybreak update elevates the game with over 20 new pals to discover. For newcomers to the Feybreak update, locating Feybreak Island within the expansive Palpagos Islands archipelago can be daunting. This guide will help you navigate to Feybreak Island efficiently.
Feybreak Island Location Guide In Palworld
Feybreak Island is a significant landmass situated in the far southwest corner of the Palpagos Islands. It's visible from the southern coast of Mount Obsidian. To reach Feybreak Island, begin your journey at Fisherman’s Point, a fast travel location on Mount Obsidian's southern coast. From there, utilize a flying or water mount to traverse the ocean to Feybreak Island.
If you haven't yet unlocked the Mount Obsidian region, you'll need to venture there first. Mount Obsidian, one of the tallest points in Palworld, is visible from many parts of the game. Travel southeast and equip heat-resistant armor to unlock fast travel points within Mount Obsidian.
For those who prefer a longer journey, you can sail directly from Sea Breeze Archipelago to Feybreak Island, bypassing Fisherman’s Point.
What To Do On Feybreak Island In Palworld
The Feybreak update marks the largest expansion Palworld has seen, with Feybreak Island being over three times larger than the Sakurajima island introduced in Summer 2024. This island is teeming with high-level new pals that pose a significant threat to unprepared players.
Upon arriving at Feybreak Island, your first action should be to activate the Scorched Ashland fast travel point on the northern coast. As you explore, you'll encounter formidable pals and a new enemy faction, the Feybreak Warriors. Activating the fast travel point ensures a quick return if you meet an untimely demise.
Note that flying mounts are not permitted on Feybreak Island. Attempting to fly will trigger a warning: “Entering Anti-Air Zone! Dismount your Pal to avoid being shot down.” This warning is serious, as homing missiles will target you if you remain mounted. Instead, use fast ground mounts like Fenglope to explore until you've neutralized all missile launchers on the island.
After exploring, you can focus on capturing the new pals or gathering resources such as Chromalite and Hexolite, which are crucial for crafting new equipment and structures introduced in the Feybreak update.
When you're ready for a challenge, prepare to raid the Feybreak Tower boss, Bjorn & Bastigor. Unlike other tower bosses, you must first defeat three alpha pals — Dazzy Noct, Caprity Noct, and Omascul — and collect their bounty tokens to earn the right to challenge the Feybreak Tower boss.
