Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps, often abbreviated as HoWA, rank among the most coveted and expensive unique items in Path of Exile 2. As a game-changer for various builds, these gloves occupy the Gloves slot and are highly sought after due to their rarity. If you're aiming to enhance your endgame build for mapping or bossing, securing a pair of HoWA can significantly boost your gameplay. Here's a detailed guide on how to obtain them.
How to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action Furtive Wraps in PoE 2
To acquire the Hand of Wisdom and Action, you must defeat Xesht, We That Are One, the pinnacle Breach boss. Xesht can be encountered in the Twisted Domain, which you can access through the Realmgate on the Atlas using a Breachstone. The Realmgate is conveniently located near the starting point on the Atlas, accessible by clicking the home icon to focus the camera on this spot.
Alternatively, HoWA can be purchased from the Path of Exile 2 official trading website. Be warned, though, even a poorly rolled HoWA can fetch multiple divines due to its high demand.
How to Get a Breachstone in PoE 2
There are two methods to obtain a
Breachstone in PoE 2:
- Combining 300
Breach Splinters: These splinters drop from Breach map nodes on the Atlas. While they are relatively common, gathering 300 of them requires clearing numerous Breaches. Once you have enough, stack them to create a Breachstone.
- Using the Currency Exchange: You can buy both Breach Splinters and Breachstones from the in-game Currency Exchange by speaking to Alva and placing an order. The current market rate for a Breachstone is around 50-60
Exalted Orbs, though prices may vary.
The ideal rolls for a Hand of Wisdom and Action in PoE 2 include at least 4% Attack Speed per 25 Dexterity, 1-12 Lightning Damage per 10 Intelligence, and two rune Socket slots. Achieving these perfect rolls requires using a Vaal Orb on a HoWA.
Can You Use Orb of Chance to Get Hand of Wisdom and Action
Unfortunately, no. Hand of Wisdom and Action is a unique drop from Xesht, We That Are One, and does not appear on the regular loot table. Unlike items such as Astramentis,
Headhunter, or
Polcirkeln, you cannot use an
Orb of Chance on White Furtive Wraps to attempt to obtain HoWA.
