Pokémon TCG Pocket Celebrates Pokémon Day with New Expansion and Ranked Battles!
Pokémon Day 2024 brought exciting news for fans of the Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG), especially for players of the popular mobile game, Pokémon TCG Pocket. The game, boasting over 100 million downloads, celebrated with the release of its highly anticipated Triumphant Light expansion.
The Triumphant Light expansion, following the Space-Time Smackdown set, introduces Arceus ex as a key card. A groundbreaking addition is the introduction of Link Abilities, allowing compatible Pokémon to synergistically boost each other's power. These cards will feature a special design reminiscent of physical TCG cards, similar to the Platinum – Arceus expansion.
To commemorate Pokémon Day, a generous giveaway is running until April 30th. Players can claim free booster packs guaranteed to contain at least one 4-star or higher rarity card, providing a significant boost to any deck, regardless of skill level. Special missions offering additional rewards are also available until March 27th.
