Reverse: 1999 Celebrates Its First Anniversary With Version 1.9 Update ‘Vereinsamt’

Bluepoch Games' time-travel RPG, Reverse: 1999, celebrates its first anniversary with a massive Version 1.9 update, "Vereinsamt"! This update is packed with new content, including free characters, limited-time banners, and exciting new game modes.

"Vereinsamt" – German for "Lonely" – is appropriately named, as it introduces a host of new characters to join the fight.

Anniversary Celebration Rewards:

Log in during the event to receive Semmelweis, a free 6-star character, and 30 free pulls!

New Characters:

  • Lucy: A 6-star DPS character with a striking robot design inspired by Metropolis. This Awakened arcanist is linked to a Watt steam engine prototype and is dedicated to scientific advancement. Available in the limited-time "Thoughts in Cylinder" banner.
  • Matilda: The popular 5-star character returns!
  • Kakania: Making a comeback from Version 1.7, summonable in the "Observation into the Mirrors" banner starting October 10th.
  • Lorelei: A new 5-star character earnable in the new rogue-like mode, "A Series of Dusks."

New Game Modes and Collaborations:

The update introduces "A Series of Dusks," a challenging new rogue-like mode. Collaborations with Discovery (new outfits for Tooth Fairy and Getian) and KOI (limited-edition merchandise starting in October) are also planned.

New Outfits and Features:

Version 1.9 also brings the first unique garment to the game: Regulus's "Take Off! To the Future" outfit, complete with new Ultimates and added features. Jessica, Voyager, and Sonetto will also receive new attire.
