The G3, which launched in 2023, is one generation behind the latest model (no "G5" TV has been released yet), but it remains superior to any other TV in LG's lineup, including OLED and non-OLED options, with the exception of the 2024 G4. The LG G-series OLED surpasses the C-series in performance. Both feature an "Evo" panel that's brighter than traditional W-OLED TVs, but the G-series includes MLA (micro lens array) technology, enhancing brightness even further. This technology adds to the cost but elevates the image quality to match or even surpass Samsung's quantum dot OLED TVs.
