How To Save Your Game in R.E.P.O.
One of the most disheartening moments for any gamer is loading up a game only to find that your recent progress hasn’t been saved. This issue can be particularly frustrating with new games, where autosave features might not be as straightforward, and manual save options might be absent or have specific requirements. In *R.E.P.O.*, missing out on the saving process can mean starting all over again, which is why understanding the saving mechanics is essential.
In *R.E.P.O.*, the key to saving your game lies in completing the level you're on. The game autosaves only when you successfully finish a level. There is no option for manual saving, so if you quit during a retrieval mission or die (which sends you to the Disposal Arena), your progress will be lost. If you die, your save file is deleted, and exiting mid-level means you'll have to restart from the beginning of that level.
To save your game, you need to complete a level by delivering your valuables to the Extraction Point. After reaching the Extraction Point, enter the truck and hold the message button above your head to signal the Taxman, your AI boss, that you're ready to proceed to the Service Station. At the Service Station, you can handle any necessary shopping before using the same button to move on to the next level.
