This spot is near the Rostok base, situated to the southwest. You'll find yourself in a large field featuring a crashed helicopter encircled by an Electro anomaly and a massive rusted crane. To secure the SEVA-V suit, you'll need to climb to the top of this crane.
Entering the Scientist Helicopter POI & Climbing the Crane
Upon arriving at the Scientist Helicopter location, you'll immediately notice a crashed chopper on the right, engulfed in an Electro anomaly field, and a ladder leading up the rusted crane on the left. Before ascending, it's advisable to equip your artifact detector and extract an Electro-type artifact from the anomaly field on the right.
With your artifact secured, proceed to climb the crane on the left. Once you're atop the crane, turn right and walk along it until you reach the operator's cabin on the left side.
Grabbing the SEVA-V Suit & Its Stats
At the operator's cabin, carefully jump the gap and inspect inside to discover a bag containing valuable consumables and the SEVA-V suit of armor. After collecting the suit, retrace your steps to descend safely.
The SEVA-V suit can be upgraded at the Rostok base by the technician named Screw. It's designed to accommodate up to four artifacts and offers substantial radiation protection along with commendable PSI protection. If you already have superior armor and don't intend to use the SEVA-V suit, consider selling it for a high price to earn a substantial number of coupons.
