Remember Sonic Rumble? The upcoming Sonic game where Sonic the Hedgehog and his pals are swapping their high-speed adventures for a chaotic party reminiscent of Fall Guys? After conducting its Closed Beta Test (CBT) earlier in May, Sonic Rumble is now gearing up for its pre-launch phase.
Where’s The Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch Happening?
SEGA has initiated the pre-launch of Sonic Rumble in the Philippines on both Android and iOS platforms. This marks Phase 1 of the Sonic Rumble Pre-Launch, set to continue throughout the remaining summer. Once this phase concludes, all gameplay data collected during this early stage will be reset.
Come fall, SEGA will roll out Pre-Launch Phase 2, introducing Sonic Rumble to players in Peru and Colombia. Following this, Phase 3 will extend the pre-launch to additional regions, which are yet to be disclosed. After these regional pre-launches, global pre-registration for the game will open, expected towards the end of this year or early next year. With the recent launch of Fall Guys, Sonic Rumble aims to jump into the action swiftly.
What’s The Game Like?
Sonic Rumble adopts a similar format to Stumble Guys and Fall Guys, featuring mini-games packed with crazy obstacles and wacky challenges. Players can dive into the action solo or team up with friends to tackle the competition together.
What sets Sonic Rumble apart is its integration of Sonic's iconic villains. Unlike the typical race to the finish line seen in Fall Guys, players in Sonic Rumble may encounter Dr. Eggman and other classic antagonists, adding an extra layer of challenge and excitement. If you're in the Philippines, you can try out Sonic Rumble by downloading it from the Google Play Store.
