Developer Insights
Naughty Dog co-president Neil Druckmann recently discussed their upcoming PS5 exclusive during an interview with filmmaker Alex Garland:
"After The Last of Us Part II's divisive reception, we joked about creating something even more provocative," Druckmann revealed. "Intergalactic explores faith and religion through an alternate historical lens."
The PC release precedes HBO's The Last of Us Season 2, which showrunners confirm will reintroduce fungal spore mechanics absent from the first season.
