Acquiring the Runekeys:
The key to obtaining Thrayir lies in collecting five Runekeys, each requiring a different approach:

Whirling Runekey: This key is dropped by Ksvir the Forgotten, a rare spawn found in the southernmost chamber of the Forgotten Vault during a Storm event.

Torrential Runekey: Collect seven Torrential Fragments from any enemy on Siren Isle while a Storm is active.

Thunderous Runekey: Gather five Thunderous Fragments from chests scattered across Siren Isle. Unlike the other fragments, these chests aren't restricted to Storm areas.

Cyclonic Runekey: This key can be obtained through fishing anywhere on Siren Isle during a Storm, or as a possible drop from Zek’ul the Shipbreaker in Deadfin Mire.

Turbulent Runekey: Locate three Turbulent Fragments at specific locations near Kul Tiran ghosts:
- Behind the abandoned inn, dig in the garden.
- Inside a cave in the Rotting Hole zone (the ghost will be cowering).
- Inside the Spirit-Scarred Cave (the ghost offers the fragment).
The Final Ritual:
Once all five Runekeys are in your possession, return to the Forgotten Vault on Siren Isle, but only during the Seafury Tempest phase. Entering during any other phase will not initiate the ritual. Proceed to the eastern chamber of the vault.
Inside, you'll find Thrayir's body on a platform surrounded by five runestones. Place each corresponding Runekey into its designated slot. This will trigger the quest, "Thrayir, Eyes of the Siren." Complete the quest to claim your magnificent new mount!
