"I always have aspirations," Hawk shared with ScreenRant. "It's not up to me generally. I'll campaign all I can, but I'm working with a much bigger company that's a lot smarter than me." When quizzed about Activision's plans post the release of Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4, Hawk remained tight-lipped, stating, "We haven't even released this game [yet]!"
Tony Hawk's Underground, which hit the shelves back in 2003, received a stellar 9.2 review score from us at the time, praised for its "virtually flawless" level design and "stellar gameplay." This game was groundbreaking for the series, allowing players to dismount their boards and explore the expansive levels on foot for the first time.
Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 + 4 is slated to launch on Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and S, and Xbox One on July 11, 2025.
