What are Arcanas?
Arcanas are modifiers in Vampire Survivors. Unlocking the Randomazzo activates the Arcana system, starting with the Sarabande of Healing. Players choose their Arcana cards on the stage selection screen before each match. Each Arcana offers unique functionality, requiring prior unlocking.
Here are a few examples:

Boogaloo of Illusions: Expands your character's area over 10 seconds, from -25% to +25%, with each level adding +1% area. Unlocked by reaching level 50 with Concetta.

Heart of Fire: Weapon projectiles explode on impact, creating light bursts and causing explosions on character damage. Unlocked by reaching level 50 with Arca.

Silent Old Sanctuary: Grants +3 Reroll, Skip, and Banish. Provides +20% Might and -8% Cooldown for each empty weapon slot. Unlocked by reaching minute 31 in the Dairy Plant.
