Passengers must show the electronic ticket on their phone to the driver or fare inspection personnel for verification.

The e-ticket remains valid until you reach the final stop and can be found in the "Valid Tickets" section. Past trips are available for review in the "Travel details" section.

Reasons your phone balance payment may fail:

- The number is a corporate line;

- An outstanding trust payment is pending;

- The balance hasn't been topped up since the number was purchased;

- The initial balance has not been used;

- The SIM card was replaced within the last 24 hours.

Passengers can register a virtual transport card for free in the app. Regular and school virtual cards can be self-registered. For other preferential card types, visit the company's office with supporting documents.

Top up your virtual transport card using the card number directly in this app or through other apps like Kaspi Bank, Halyk Bank (Homebank), and others.

System permissions used by the app:

1) Camera – used to scan QR codes and operate the QR scan feature.

2) Location – helps display the correct city map, automatically detect your bus for easy fare payment (by matching passenger and bus GPS location), and build routes from your current location to your destination. You can input stops via the map or by typing addresses. The routing system supports transfers.
