Initially, Tawakkalna focused on facilitating relief efforts by digitally issuing permits during curfew periods for both public and private sector employees, and individuals. This significantly aided in limiting COVID-19 transmission within the Kingdom.
During the "Return with Caution" phase, the app expanded its services to ensure a safe return to normalcy. A key feature was the implementation of a color-coded system to clearly display users' health status, all while maintaining robust security and privacy.
